This sleeve w/ armband is simply amazing.
PRO's
-i bought a real nice leather case to put my iPod in awhile back and thought after buying this Silicone Sleeve i couldn't use it anymore, but i was wrong. My iPod w/ the silicone sleeve on fits snug in my leather case!!
-also love the armband. i love how it's removable. simple thread it through the back. So you use the sleeve for protection in everyday use, then you slip the armband through the back and BAM, ready to workout!!
-also the bands made of stretchy material so it fits on small to large arms w/ no prob.
-also, the silicone sleeve covers the wheel, and it actually works still!!! good protection for my wheel
CON
-Only complaint is it came with a screen cover and i didn't know which sticky part to put on. 1st tried the flimsy one; i was wrong, it was the other one; the more plastic one. hard to explain, just be careful when pealing off the backing. but thats a user error.

I bought the version of this sleeve that fits my 4G iPod Nano and I love it. Most of the time, I keep the sleeve on without the armband as general protection. One great thing about the material is that it absorbs shock if you accidentally (!!!) drop your iPod. The elastic armband is comfortable and easy to slip on and off when it's workout time. Cutouts let you access all of the iPod bells and whistles, and on the Nano version, the space for the scroll wheel is also cut out. Highly recommended!
